Solution engineering, run like a system.

Solutions Engineering leader with 18 years building and coaching presales teams. I rebuilt IntelePeer's SE organization, now Aqurio, around AI agents for the contact center. Win rates went from 20% to 35% and PoC cycles from 6 to 3.5 weeks.

What the numbers came from

A discovery method the team ran onWin rate 20% to 35%

Built a MEDDPICC-aligned qualification and discovery process with structured coaching and pipeline inspection. It took 1.5 years to move the win rate. Earlier, consultative discovery lifted the Black Box West Region win rate from 18% to 32%.

Playbooks and AI-assisted workflowsPoC cycle 6 to 3.5 weeks

Standardized demo, PoC, and solution design playbooks, then built AI-assisted demo workflows. Demo build time dropped from days to hours, with 52% PoC-to-close conversion across 30+ engagements.

From telephony to AI-firstAI demo in 80% of new-logo pursuits

Reskilled 5 SEs on conversational AI, LLM-based agents, and IVR modernization. Designed agent integrations with Genesys, Amazon Connect, RingCentral, UJET, Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams, and EHR/PMS and CRM systems.

Partner governance and enablementPartner-sourced revenue +30%, $8M+ incremental

Ran an enablement program for GSIs, MSPs, and strategic partners. At Black Box, built engagement and governance models with GSIs including Accenture, Deloitte, and IBM, plus MSP and VAR partners.

Coverage and commercial strategy$23M closed-won ARR, 3:1 AE-to-SE

Partnered with the CRO on resource allocation and go-to-market for commercial new logos. Senior technical and business lead on strategic deals up to $3M+ TCV, presenting AI value and ROI to C-suite buyers.

Contracts, pricing, and securitySOWs and MSAs

Authored and evaluated SOWs and MSAs with technology vendors and partners, negotiated pricing, and worked with Legal on terms and with the CISO on security requirements.

Teams that stay and grow14 people, 8 hired, 2 promoted, 5 retained

Scaled a 2-manager, 12-SE organization, then led it through the 2024 restructuring and the 2026 move to Aqurio while retaining 5 top performers. Most recently led a team of 6.

Talk to my agent, out loud or in text

An AI assistant that answers questions about my background, using my resume as its source. Press Start call and just talk, or type. Headphones work best.

Your voice›Transcribe –›Reason –›Speak –›Playback –

Ask a question or pick one above.

How it is grounded

The agent answers from a text file written from my resume and my own list of strengths. It does not search the web. If something is not in that file, it says so and points to my email. It does not discuss compensation or why a role ended.

How it is built

Three steps chained behind one Cloudflare function: OpenAI turns your speech into text, Claude writes the answer, and OpenAI reads it aloud. The keys stay on the server and never reach the page. Your audio goes to OpenAI for transcription, and this site does not keep it. Replies are capped in length and only the last few turns are kept.

What separates it from production

Each step finishes before the next starts, so the timings above add up, and a short pause is added to confirm you have stopped talking. Interrupting works by stopping playback when a volume detector hears you, so it can misfire in a noisy room or on speakers. It uses a browser microphone, not a phone line, and it cannot book time. It is a demo, not a service.
